Groetjes Krijtje
Hoi Krijtje,
Wederom bedankt!
Groetjes,
DJ
Hi, DJ --- wonderful bokeh, and a nice variation too to increase the colour saturation --- the sharpness patterns are very impressive.
Best,
Martin
Hi Martin,
As always, thanks again. -5 on the middle of the day gives nice bokeh results. As you can see in the patterns was this one not wide open. I read your comment about your new lenses. I'm curious for some spectacular bokeh pictures from the Takumar 35mm /f.2.3. I think the bokeh is a bit like a Helios. But not that swirly. Surprise us I would say.
By the way, I think the signal of the Pentax admin is quite clear. The users don't own the forum but are entitled to use the forum, and in a sense they are right.
Cheers,
DJ
Hi DJ, my friend.
thanks for bringing up the forum topic again.
I wrote a long email to PENTAX yesterday, mainly to express my regrets about Leo Binek's decision to leave this forum for good and to support his view as regards those mass uploads.
Fact is, we have been all wrong. I got a letter back that explains what happened. Hitherto, PENTAX have split the gallery of the professionals - http://www.ricoh-imaging.de/de/fotografen.html - from us amateurs. They say that they have been so pleased about OUR work, that they're giving up their ambassador's website. Therefore, they migrate all of their photographs to our forum. Thus, it wasn't the photographers who uploaded 35 photographs, but indeed PENTAX themselves. This will continue until all the photographs of the 'professional ambassadors' (as strange a title as it may seem) are integrated into our gallery.
Actually, all this is a) of course a rationalization of web-space; but b) also a compliment paid to OUR work.
Warm best,
Martin
P.S. I wrote this to Leo, I hope he'll be back.
